Great Way to start Your Morning. AfterYour Sole you will be ready to fill up, Buckwheat and protein set this pancake apart, served here with breakfast sausage, strawberries, and maple syrup.

The First Smoothie Above is Strawberry Banana and Below is Raspberry, Peach, Mango. Both have Greek Yogurt, Protein Powder and a little Almond Ice Cream for Sweetness.

​Roasted Chicken and Butternut squash Enchiladas with Black Beans

Very Nice and Healthy Version of a Favorite Dish. These Enchiladas are made with Artisan Tortillas and a Sun Dried Chile Enchilada Sauce. Roasted ButterNut Squash, Chicken and Mushrooms Fill it up with Black Beans on the outside. A Must Try

​Sautéed Chicken Breast with Romanesco Cauliflower and Carrot Puree

Marinated Chicken Breast is pounded out Seasoned and Sautéed. Romanesco Cauliflower is Roasted and the Carrot pure is made with carrots, butternut squash and blood orange oil. A avocado salad goes on top with citrus Caviar and Vinaigrette. Enjoy

​Beef Yakatori Stir Fry

Stir Fried Vegetables and Beef with Brown Rice. A Spicy and Tangy Sauce with a Little Sweetness is what you get. The Veggies Include:
  • Carrot / Bell Peppper
  • Shitake & Oyster Mushrooms
  • Nappa & Bok Choy CAbbage
  • Onion / Celery / Broccoli 
This is a Hearty Stir Fry Full of Meat and Vegetables the Brown Rice is Perfect with it giving a nice nutty Flavor.

Filget Mignon

This is a center cut piece of beef tenderloin seasoned in Santa Maria style.
Get a good sear in a cask iron skillet and throw into hot oven, baste, get your temp. your ready.
Served with creamy mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli and a Pickapeppa steak sauce.
