Picture
Quail Eggs are always a treat. I like to have have them in the morning for a fast protein filled breakfast  to get me going in the morning. The Yolks on the quail eggs are bigger in proportion than a chicken and are rich and creamy.

Fresh Fruit
Always great to have fresh fruit.

This Fruit Comes From Shaun at; Sunny-Cal Farms. More on him and his Farm later.
I like to have some fruit cut and packaged and other whole pieces ready for snacking. Don't forget a napkin this Fruit is Juicy

Here is a list of Ingredients:
  • Shrimp and Scallops
  • Morrel and Lobster Mushrooms
  • Lobster Sauce. I started ours from scratch.
  • Brown Rice and Vegetable Pasta

The Pasta was creamy and rich with its nice sauce. The Mushrooms are real fun, from a forager. The lobster mushrooms pair very well with there aroma and texture
