Sole  What it is. Why you should have it Every Morning
Picture

Here is my Daily Sole routine. I add 1-2 teaspoons Sole to a glass of spring water, drink first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything. You will feel the Instant Energy
Picture
Sole is Water that is completely saturated with Salt. No more Salt can be dissolved in the water.

Boy thats salty, so salty you can see it in the shimmering of the briny liquid.

But its not any kind of Salt, you use Raw, Real Salt from the Heart of the Earth. I use Himalayan Pink Salt, but Atlantic Grey Sea Salt works well also.

Combine it with pure spring water and let soak over night, the next day you should still see salt in the liquid, thats how you know its saturated.
check out the rest of the story click read more:
When water becomes completely saturated with salt the Ions combine to make a new structure easier for your body to absorb.

Our Body and cells need a nice concentration of Minerals and Electrolytes. Sole contains Rich Minerals and Electrolytes which helps our body function correctly and keeps you hydrated without becoming diluted. There are a lot of Minerals we need on a daily basis and Sole provides all of them

Sole can help you have clean clear rich and beautiful skin with its Minerals; Primary: Sulfur, Zinc, Iodine, Chromium. These mineral help your living skin fight infection and acne, keep it smooth and supple, promote healing and help you look beautiful.

Sole will help improve your digestion by activating the glands and enzymes in your mouth and will help you fall asleep faster and sleep better by helping regulate your hormones.

Salt if good, and we need good Salt

When you make your sole be sure to keep it in a non metal Jar, as the metal mess up the bond between the Ions. I also use a plastic spoon. Wood and glass also work and look very nice

So Did you Sole today.
